Frozen iPhone? Can’t get it to respond to anything?

If your iPhone won’t respond to any touchscreen input or physical buttons, your iPhone is frozen. This happens when the software or your hardware malfunctions.

There are a few things you can do: Hard Reset To restart your iPhone:
Press and hold the power button + the home button together at once until the screen turns off. Once this happens wait 30 seconds, then press the power button to restart the Apple operating system. Restore or Update If your iPhone continues to freeze, performing a restore through the iTunes application on your Mac or PC may be your best bet.
